Solution: pull newer Eclipse and Indigo bits into the reqs site and the JBDS TP to resolve
the fact that a newer plugin is being seen as older due to osgi versioning rules (I201105
> 201112).

Need to pull a new SR2 update site from maintenance bits to facilitate testing.
