Both JBT and riftsaw will not be final releases, so we just need to post of riftsaw forum
to say that users of 2.1.0.Final should only use JBT 3.1.0. And if they wish to use
3.2.0.beta2, then they will need to rename the file before deploying.

Currently the ODE deployment descriptor new file wizard creates the descriptor in a file
called 'bpel-deploy.xml'.
This should be changed to create a file called 'deploy.xml' instead.
However, the ODE deployment descriptor editor should support both bpel-deploy.xml and
deploy.xml file names.
