1) remove magic numbers from call of function baseCheckofCA(CA_NAME,
"JBIDE/788/TestChangeUriInInnerNodes.xhtml",395, 185);,
2) repair testCAPathProposals, now CA doesn't show path proposals(JBIDE-2437), but
tests not failing
