Marek, were any updates to the seam-gen tooling and build.xml scripts needed to make this
work ?
And could you list the exact path locations for these two jars that are being reduced to
one ?

Seam 2.2 in EAP 5.1 has got duplicate JTA API in jboss-transaction-api.jar and jta.jar.
Be prepare that in next release EAP Seam will have only jboss-transaction-api.jar in
distribution.
