okey, now tried this a few times.
1) I don't get what those shortcuts are for and why we want to steal so many shortcuts
from eclipse ;)
2) The menu takes 20-30 seconds for me to show up...this really should be handled in a
dialog with a job instead of a blocking UI.
3) if it is put under launch shortcuts it can automatically create new jobs that you can
save and connect to and it can even find the "best match" of the existing
ones... less new ui to concern about.

It would be helpful if Eclipse could provide a 'debug as' with auto discover of
local java processes, somewhat like jconsole does. Eclipse should also auto associate the
debug session with the current project.
'debug as' -> 'remote process x'
