How to replicate the bug:
1) Create a java project JP
2) Create a folder inside: outputs
3) Create a project archives for project JP where the destination is outputs/JP.jar
4) Create a fileset under the root archive matching everything
5) Ensure no copy error dialogs appear, and no OOM errors appear.
