JBDS stuff has nothing to do in jbosstools repo - it needs to move out. not critical for 6
GA but putting it on f2f2012 agenda to get this properly done.

The jbds.target file should reside in JBDS SVN.
It must contain what we want in JBDS: latest versions of all 3rd-party dependencies.
