Just made a commit. Adds a null check before trying to set the initial folder to use.

When you add a remote EAP 5.x server you won't be able to Browse for the remote
server home in the dialog.
This only applies to EAP 5.x. It is ok with AS 7.1.x or EAP 6.x.
The same issue occurs in the server editor - the Browse button doesn't work.
