Right now all copyright informations within JBDS has as last year 2009. I'm not sure but probably we should change it to 2010. For example JBoss Developer Studio About box has text "(c) Copyright JBoss by Red Hat, contributors and others 2004 - 2009. " and probably should be "(c) Copyright JBoss by Red Hat, contributors and others 2004 - 2010."
