Until the version with committed changes is released, there is a workaround. Drag and drop
tld from Web Projects View to Palette. The same dialog appears that is invoked by toolbar
button, but in this case the addition is changed immediately.

When adding my own TLD file to the "Red Hat Palette" everything works fine. The
TLD with all information is added to the palette, fine.
I close RHD-Studio and start it again, my custom TLD enrey in the palette is not there
anymore. I need to add it every time again.
