Yeah, the "Create a new Process Instace" checkbox is all the way at the bottom
of the Property Sheet and you may have to scroll down to see it ;) This is just another
one of those annoying usability things that I hate about Forms based dialogs (what was
wrong with the good old fashioned name/value property list?) ;)
Anyway, should we keep this JIRA open to fix the above issue with <flow>s?

The editor leaves out the createInstance="yes|no" attribute for the pick
activity. This attribute must be present, especially when pick is the first activity in
the process.
