I believe *features* can be in more than one category, yes.
For now I've put maven into the same bucket w/ xulrunner and xpcom.
If you have a better categorization scheme, let me know.

m2eclipse is only available as an update site; to store a cached copy of those plugins
and features, use repo2runnable to fetch the repo contents, explode them, and pack as an
SDK-like zip.
