We should remove refs to features which have been removed, and label deprecated features

When looking into docker tooling I noticed that ie. Openshift feature page is still
talking about openshift 2 which was deprecated and removed from tooling. Also, there is no
CDK tooling so far, I believe on this behalf that whole feature section was not updated
for a while.
