The issue is still there tested on JBDS 3.0.1.v201005241821R-H78-GA.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create JSF Kick Start project
2. Open index.jsp page, select Source tab and close it.
3. Reopen index,jsp
4. Right click on any tag error is displayed to console log

Testcase:
1. Open studio
2. Open jsp or xhtml file, visual part shouldn't be opened, just in source tab.
3. Mouse right click on text
4. See error log
I can reproduce it with curent plugins from trunk and with next builds from hudson:
