Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
Works for me too. Resolving as cannot reproduce bug.
If it still fails then please see if you can find more preconditions that cause it ?
maybe its specific os problem ?
Can you reproduce it on another machine ?

1. open a JSP document
2. in visual/source editor, click on a tag with properties
3. open Properties window (Window -> Show Views -> Properties)
4. click on Attributes header in property editor (1st line)
5. click back to JSP editor
