Could you try to remove
{code}-Dizpack.mode=priveleged{code}
from uninstaller shortcut in Start menu and try if it helps?

You also can run uninstaller from command line as
{code}java -jar uninstaller.jar{code}
and that would be the same.

When trying to uninstall JBDS using uninstaller, user is prompted for administrator
password with message "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to
this computer?"
Program location "\\path\to\javaw.exe" "-Dizpack.mode=privileged"
"-jar" "\\path\to\Uninstaller.jar"
Without admin rights, the uninstaller won't execute.
