Let's add tooltips for message bundles too. For example the tooltip for #{*msgs*.propertyA} will show the path to the message bundle resource. Tooltip for #{msgs.*propertyA*} will show the path to the message bundle resource and the property name and value (or all of them if there are a few locals with the same property?)
