Resolution: Done
This happens when wizard's validator does not see that user is going to create child
with the same name while model prevents adding it. In previous versions that exception was
caught and message was showed to user, but now message dialog is replaced with reporting
to log.
Fix - I have added a validation rule to the wizard creating component properties.

Create Seam Components File
In Web Xml Editor (Tree tab) Add component (TestComponent for example)
Add Simple property for TestComponent with name Test
Then add List Property with name Test and press Finish button
