Each configuration has associated project and location. The project could be closed/deleted(but still exists in file system)/deleted for ever. This issue is about the behaviour of associated hibernate console configuration. When selected "Filter configuration in closed project" and you close any project - associated console configuration should disappear from Hibernate Configurations View. The same for deleted projects.
