I verified in devstudio:
Version: 10.4.0.GA
Build id: GA-v20170511-1748-B62
that server editor and new server wizard creates error marker if:
* minishift binary is not executable file
* file cannot perform minishift version (
* file does not exist
All of above checks seems pretty alright to me! Closing this jira.
