This is not relevant.
The menu stuff did move around so during development beta updates there will be something
out of sync.
Server adapter for OS is actually in OS plugin so as far as I can see the separation of
concerns is correct.

According to https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11153 and my own experience when
updated only OpenShift tools and some server options dissappeared, I suppose that
OpenShift server additional functionalities should be contributed from OpenShift tools
plugin, not from the JBossAS tools.
