What is the suggested behavior in this situation? I can ignore it and mark it as not
deployed (requires full publish) or I can throw a CoreException, which will make the
publish fail and an error dialog come up. There are really no other behaviors I can do
here.

its not an uncommon scenario to delete projects so the server adapter should be able to
handle this.
