Open web.xml in JBoss Tools XML editor, or a properties file in JBoss Tools Properties editor. 2. Invoke 'New' wizard by Ctrl+N. 3. Select some new file wizard in JBoss Tools Web section and run it. 4. Parent folder input field should be set to folder of the file opened in the editor, but it is empty.
