I didn't find a way rerun launch configuration. For now just add a warning when running it. I think we don't need supporting dTP connection but only filter our console configuration by connection url (this is just a string). This get our the confidence in the using right database (of course we can have different logins here(and rights as consequence), but I think this is not a problem). We can do it. But in the case user can have console configurations with connections to DB1, DB2 and DTP connection to DB3.
