Gary, don't understand what you mean ?
The issue is not fixed and I moved it of 3.1.1 since we don't have a way to add that
flag automatically afaic.

TestNG will not work with JDK 1.6 unless the following JVM arg is passed in
-Dsun.lang.ClassLoader.allowArraySyntax=true
This should be added by default to the TestNG run properties as the screenshot shows.
