After discussion with Max:
1. Add dialect combobox to Options tab(see mockup_4.png)
2. This dialect is empty by default and replaces all others dialects (for ex from
properties file). It stores into .launch file
3. if dialect is emply and configuration based on the connection profile use autodetection
to determine it at console configutaion build time.
