I have simplified the the JBossRuntimeStartup class and moved it to the o.j.t.runtime.ui
plugin.
The ServerDefinition class has been renamed to the RuntimeDefinition class.
The org.jboss.tools.runtime plugin and the org.jboss.tools.runtime.feature feature can be
removed.

The Runtime detection has changed the way runtimes are detected when starting JBDS/JBT.
The runtime plugin contains some deprecated stuff that needs to be removed.
