The left most icon is used for starting or selecting a server. The second is for launching
in run mode. The third is for launching in debug mode. The fourth is for stopping a server
adapter. The fifth is for "touching descriptors", a very old concept needed to
get the server adapter to redeploy or recognize a redeployed module.

A set of actions in the toolbar for setting a default server and starting / debugging /
etc a server are old, poorly integrated, bypass the official wtp API, and provide limited
to no value.
