Still need to verify that we're not packaging stuff in the RPM for which there's
an eclipse-* rpm available.
To do this we may require a new com.jboss.devstudio.rpm.feature which doesn't
include/require org.eclipse.egit, jgit, platform, pde,...
Will also need to add more of these to the .spec file:

wrap new update site (JBDS-3981) in a rh-eclipse46-devstudio*.rpm so we can install it on
Fedora 24 and RHEL 7
will need to port
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/scripted-install/director.xml to bash so it
can be called along with rpmbuilder.
