Verified with H30 that the 2 Rational Rose importer plugins are now installed properly and
the importer is available in the proper wizard.
Teiid Designer plugins require UML2 eclipse target jars.

to test Teiid Designer.
Found that Designer's "Rose" importer option was not installed, though
included in the feature.xml contribution.
Missing plugins:
org.teiid.designer.rose
org.teiid.designer.rose.ui
These plugins required UML2
