Max Rydahl Andersen commented on JBIDE-9366:
--------------------------------------------
Does it only show up on "converter id is not registered" or on all kinds ?
In any case we should add some text that warns about the reason/consequences.
Could we show a dialog with the warning/explanation before doing the actual disabling ?
Then it could say something like:
"The Facelet HTML Validator has a problem validating <filename>. This might be
because you are using new or framework specific features that the validator does not yet
support. If that is the case and you do not wish to see these markers and are ok with no
other validation to occur the validator can be disabled.
Do you wish to disable it on the Workspace or on only on the project named:
<projectname>
Cancel | Workspace | Projectname"
and the quickfix should then be reduced to just "Disable Facelet HTML Validator to
avoid false-warnings"
WDYT?

See pastecode example in Weld for usage of @FacesConverter.
Not supporting it gives errors in xhtml where it is used in EL expressions.
