The behavior of editor is right. The DOCTYPE tag should contain name of root element of
document. In your case simply replace "<!DOCTYPE composition ..." with
<!DOCTYPE html ...".

When the first tag is jsf tag like ui:composition it's ok but if the tag is html tag
(whithout <html> itself) than the error message occur.
