[~leiyu] Thanks for the details. There are the exact product and platform versions but the
log excerpt doesn't allow us further insights in what and where exactly things fail.
Is there anything with more details ex. a stacktrace?
I strongly suspect that this error is a duplicate to JBIDE-26915. We should have the fix
for that one done very soon. Could the customer try a fixed nightly build and verify if it
fixes his issue?
