You cannot create a project within worspace if you don't use default location.
It's a bug (or a feature? :) ) of Eclipse. Try to create any eclipse project (a
project, a java project, ...). You will see the same.

EXECUTE: New > Seam Web Project.
EXECUTE: Enter project name - "seamwar12".
ASSERT: Look at project contents field. Option "Default" enabled. Path =
"...\workspace\seamwar12"
EXECUTE: Disable option "Default".
ASSERT: Field empty and ready to input.
EXECUTE: Enter path "...\workspace\seamwar12" (same as in default settings).
FAILURE: Warning appears.
So user can't create project using custom path settings in current workspace folder.
