[~maxandersen] nope, there is no error right now. This PR doesn't fix anything just
provide new functionality

override some specific values - is that being fixed separately?
No, we list only 2 propeties - *tinyhippos-api-key* - cordova-version (3.0) and
*tinyhippos-settings-xhr-proxy-setting* - proxy (local) -

For now all CordovaSim's preferences are hardcoded -

CordovaSim must save all user's preferences: tab order, setting, etc.
NOTE: Preferences will *not* be saved for *javaFX* web engine oracle *JDK 7*, due to
localstorage absence.
