Due to see "Open CDI Named Bean" as well as other CDI-related toolbar/menu items
you should go first to "Command Group Availability" Tab of "Customize
Perspective..." Dialog then enable "CDI UI" Command Group and press
"OK" button. "Open CDI Named Bean" becomes enabled and visible for me
right after I do this.
