I would keep the environment setting in there as hints to what needs to be in place for
the example to work (in case the quickfix part did not work yet)
Importing the example is something that is pretty trivial to do, and could be covered by
adding a cheatsheet to the project example plugin showing this and possibly also list the
common environment setup scenarioes.
I suggest the above, move the example cheatsheet to be within the actual example and do a
generic cheatsheet for the project example functionallity.
Wont that work equally well ànd easier to maintain ?

Let's create a seperate project eample "Seam Tutorials" file which includes
as close as possible exmpales for the apps shown in the Seam tutorials
(http://docs.jboss.org/seam/2.1.1.GA/reference/en-US/html/tutorial.html#re...)
Registration, clickable list, Seam and jbpm, Seam page flow, etc. and use the docs as
input for a accomdating cheatsheet ?
Just start with the simplest one first to see how much effort it is ?
