Yes. You click a connector. It searches the single URL for the listed IUs, which are all
FEATURES. Then it presents the provisioning plan (list of feature.groups to install) and
you install them.
Features only.
That said, I fail to see your issue here. Which single plugin do you feel we should be
installing instead of the features that surround them? What was wrong with my PR/patch?
Can you explain?

We provide special connector for Red Hat Jira, however, to enable it one must go to
Eclipse Marketplace and install Atlassian Jira connector. It would be easier if she/he
could install it using Central (as Mylyn, Mylyn Git connector and Mylyn SVN connector)
