This may be because Marketplace includes all the eclipse.org mirrors (including Indigo)
which are HELLA SLOW.
For better performance, try disabling all the eclipse.org sites in Help > Prefs >
Update > Available sites and ONLY list the
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/indigo/ site (plus any other
jboss.org sites you might already have).

When installing JBT from Marketplace it took me around half an hour of downloading
metadata and calculating dependencies. Another half an hour for rest of installation.
Reported speed is between 20kB/s - 40kB/s. This is really very slow even in comparison
with slowest update site I've seen. This speed is not acceptable for users I guess.
Some actions related to servers, infrastructure and traffic control should be taken.
