1) ensure that a new AS7 server does NOT have jmx poller as possible, but DOES have as7
management.
2) ensure that a new as6 or below server does NOT have as7 management poller as possible,
but does have jmx poller

Create a JBoss 6 server, double-click the server to open the server editor, and expand
the list of startup pollers. You will see that the JBoss 7 management poller is available.
This should not be there.
The remedy involves modifying the extension point to allow a list of server types the
poller applies to, and making sure the as7 management poller ONLY applies to as7 (thus
far).
