Added bonus is that because the features on the target platform site are NOT CATEGORIZED,
they don't show up in the categorized view to clutter it up.
(However, if you uncheck 'Group Items By Category' you'll see all the
Eclipse.org deps there.)

According to today's meeting w/ Max and Denis, the site
http://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/4.0/staging/ should also include the target platform
bits at the same URL.
Therefore, need to add 'jbds-target-platform/latest' to composite*.xml files and
merge URLs as listed on index.html page.
