As Seam's connection profile needs only for initial console configuration we need to
do the following:
1. If project with jpa facet created ask connection profile once and create console
configuration with "Database Connection"=[JPA Project Configured Connection]
2. If project created without jpa facet create console configuration with "Database
Connection"=<selected connection profile name>
Extra feature:
If jpa facet is uninstalled change "Database Connection"=<current connection
profile name associated with the project>.
