when calling the ImportExistingApplicationWizard when clicking on the link, the wizard is
initialized with the current user, the one used in the CreateServerAdapterWizard.
So, instead of initializing the ImportExistingAppWizard with a CredentialsPage and then,
skip that page because a user was provided, the ImportExistingAppWizard is initialized
*without* that CredentialsWizardPage, which, being absent, has no invalid state
