The last page in the OpenShift application wizard currently allows the user to
* chose to create a new proj or to push an existing proj
* configure the clone operation
* choose to create the server adapter
This is a lot for a single page and is not very intuitive. We should think about an
improved approach (ex. split into separate pages etc.)
