openshift explorer does not distinguish between default and real
server

Key: JBIDE-12897
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-12897
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: openshift
Affects Versions: 4.0.0.Alpha2
Reporter: Max Rydahl Andersen
Assignee: Andre Dietisheim
Fix For: 4.0.0.CR1
Attachments: default-server-decoration.png
create a connection with default server
create a connection with specific server with same name as default server.
Now there are two identical entires in the explorer with no way to differentiate.
I suggest:
A) If you explicitly enter the default host manually (while having "Use Default
Server" unchecked), then the server should not get treated as default server.
B) Properties View shows the actual url/key for verifciation/testing/info purposes.
C) the label/decoration should somehow indicate its a default server. i.e. redhat(a)xam.dk
