The "Mylyn Issue Tracker Connectors" connector is in JBT and JBDS.

Are you sure you don't have it already installed in JBT? Try checking the box for
"Show Installed" and you should see all four listed:
!mylyn-stuff-in-central.png!

To recreate:
* Install Eclipse
* Install JBDS 8.0.1 through Eclipse Marketplace
* In Central, select software/update
* In the filter, enter "mylyn"
* Observe the results in the attached screenshots - JBDS returns all (4) packages, Tools
returns (2)
