Selective Event Processing – Pick for a variant). The default value of this attribute is "no". The only way to correctly set the createInstance for the <pick> (or <receive>) is to have the editor to do a static analysis of the process flow, which could be pretty complex. <invoke> is not a start activity so it would not have a createInstance attribute.
