In Eclipse 3.6, p2 installer only exists for win32, lin32, and carbon32:

So, unless we plan to drop support for cocoa32 and lin64, this is a non-starter.
We can still explore using the izPack installer to install from a p2 update site which
includes a JBDS product; however, that's out of scope for this issue.
