Note that I recently upgraded my OS from Ubuntu 8.10. That version displayed icons
correctly. After the upgrade to 9.10 the icons disappeared from all of my Eclipse apps,
both my development IDE (3.6.0) and running any old or new version of Teiid Designer or
JBDS

We have noticed the menu items (File, Edit, etc.) and their sub-menus have no icons
associated with the actions. We have seen this on multiple OS platforms. It _does_ work on
Windows XP running JBDS 4.0.0 Beta 1.
