If I run ctrl+4 -> project-new wizard, I would then expect that if I hit ctrl+4 again
the context ("Current Selection") is set to /project. So that I can trigger
another project specific wizards without clicking into Project Explorer. e.g JPA Setup and
so on.
Forge context should be set to the 'new project location'
after 'project-new' command
